What you need before you start
- A hosting account with a control panel such as cPanel (almost every shared hosting plan has one). It must offer PHP 8.2 or newer and MySQL or MariaDB — if you are unsure, ask your hosting company: "Do you support PHP 8.2 and MySQL?"
- A domain or sub-domain for your links, for example
go.yourbrand.com. A fresh sub-domain is best, so the tool has its own empty folder. - HTTPS (the padlock). Most hosts switch it on for free: cPanel → SSL/TLS Status → Run AutoSSL.
- Your license key — you receive it by email after your payment is confirmed.
Tip: keep this page open in one browser tab and your hosting control panel in another.
Step 1 — Buy a plan and get your license key
- Open Pricing and click Buy on the plan you want.
- Enter your name and email address. You get a payment page with your own reference number.
- Send the exact amount shown to the wallet address on that page, then paste your transaction ID (also called TX hash — your wallet shows it after sending).
- We check the payment on the blockchain. When it is confirmed you receive an email with your license key (it looks like
RPRA-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX).
Step 2 — Download the program from the customer portal
- Open the customer portal.
- First visit? Click First time here or forgot your password?, enter the email address you paid with and choose a password using the link we email you.
- Sign in, open your license and click Download. Save the ZIP file on your computer — do not unzip it.
Good to know: every download is prepared for your license only. Please do not share the file; it will not work with another license.
Step 3 — Create a database
- Log in to your hosting control panel and open MySQL Database Wizard.
- Type a database name, e.g.
rotator, and click Next. - Type a user name, e.g.
rotator, click Password Generator, copy the password and click Create User. - Tick ALL PRIVILEGES and click Next.
- Write down the full database name, user name and password. cPanel adds your account name in front, for example
john_rotator.
Step 4 — Upload the ZIP file
- In the control panel open File Manager and go into the folder of your domain — usually
public_html, or the folder of your sub-domain (e.g.go.yourbrand.com). - Click Upload, choose the ZIP from Step 2 and wait until it shows 100%.
- Go back, right-click the ZIP file and choose Extract, then Extract Files.
Tip: the folder should be empty (apart from files like cgi-bin). If another website already lives there, use a new sub-domain instead.
Step 5 — Run the installer
- In your browser open
https://your-domain/install.php(use your real address). - The installer checks your hosting. Everything green? Click Continue. Something red? It tells you exactly what to change — usually in Select PHP Version — then reload the page.
- It moves the program into a safe folder that cannot be opened from the internet, and opens the setup.
- Database: enter the database name, user and password from Step 3. Host is usually
localhost. - License: paste your license key. Your copy is activated and unlocked automatically.
- Your account: your name, email and a password for the dashboard.
Step 6 — Switch on the helper (cron job)
The last page of the installer shows one line of text. It lets the program check your links in the background.
- In the control panel open Cron Jobs.
- Under Common Settings choose Once Per Minute.
- Paste the line into Command and click Add New Cron Job.
No Cron Jobs page at your host? Sign in to your dashboard, open Settings and copy the External scheduler URL into a free online cron service that calls it every few minutes.
Step 7 — Create your first rotating link
- Sign in to your dashboard at
https://your-domain. - Click Campaigns → New campaign, give it a name and choose how visitors are shared out — Weighted is a good start.
- Click Create campaign, then Add destination for each website you want to send visitors to, and set its share.
- Copy your campaign link (it looks like
https://your-domain/r/your-campaign) and use it in your ads, emails or posts.
That's it. If one of your destinations goes down, it is taken out of the rotation automatically and its visitors go to the others — your link keeps working.
Updating to a new version
- When an update is available you see it in your dashboard under Licensing → Updates and in the customer portal.
- Download the new ZIP from the portal, upload it to the same folder as before and Extract it (allow overwriting).
- Open
https://your-domain/install.phpagain. It makes a backup first, then updates — your links, statistics and settings are kept.
Your license in plain words
- Domains: each license covers the number of domains shown on it.
www.yourbrand.comandyourbrand.comcount as one; every other sub-domain counts separately. - Renewing: renew from the customer portal before the end date — it works the same way as buying.
- If a license expires: nothing is deleted. Your links show a polite "temporarily unavailable" page and the dashboard is read-only until you renew; then everything works again immediately.
- If our service is briefly unreachable: your installation keeps working normally for the grace period stated on your license.
- Moving to another domain: in the customer portal open your license and click Release next to the old domain (if that button is not shown, contact us), then install on the new domain.
Something not working?
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
install.php shows "Not Found" | The ZIP was not extracted in your domain's folder. Check that install.php is directly inside it, not inside an extra folder. |
| A red item in the installer | Do what the text under it says (usually: choose PHP 8.2 and tick the extension in Select PHP Version), then reload. |
| "Access denied" at the database step | Use the full names including the prefix (e.g. john_rotator) and make sure the user got ALL PRIVILEGES. |
| "License key not valid" | Copy the key from the email again, including the dashes. Use the domain you bought it for. |
| "Almost ready — program code is still locked" | Click Try again. If it stays, check that your license is active in the portal, or contact us. |
| Links do not switch away from a broken website | The cron job from Step 6 is missing — add it. |
| I did not receive an email | Check your spam folder. You can always see your license and downloads in the customer portal. |
Need help?
Write to support@relaypilot.online or use the contact form. Tell us your license key's first part (e.g. RPRA-ABCDE) and what the screen shows — a screenshot helps. Never send your database password or full license key in public places.
