1. Agreement
By purchasing or using a Relay Pilot Rot Analytics license you agree to these terms and to the License Agreement. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Licenses and subscriptions
Licenses are sold for monthly, quarterly or yearly periods as offered at the time of purchase. A license is valid for the period paid for and for the number of domains and installations stated on it.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the software to distribute malware, conduct phishing, evade security or advertising-platform reviews, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend licenses used in breach of this clause.
4. Availability of the licensing service
The software periodically contacts our licensing service. Installations continue operating during temporary outages for the grace period stated on the license. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Fees and taxes
Fees are stated on the pricing page or your order. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the license in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect at your next renewal.
