Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your license remains valid until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed afterwards.
Refunds
If the software does not work on hosting that meets the published requirements and we cannot resolve the problem, contact support@relaypilot.online within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund. Renewals are refundable within 7 days if the license has not been used since the renewal date.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal unless agreed otherwise.
